How a SAM Bar Is Made
Every bar, one gram or one kilo, follows the same disciplined path inside our Dubai refinery. Nothing skips a step, and nothing leaves the floor unproven.
Melt
Refined feed and returned material are melted at high temperature in crucibles. Impurities are drawn off and the metal is prepared for refining.
Assay
Samples are taken and tested to establish the exact precious metal content. Gold is confirmed to 999.9 fineness and silver to 999.0 before anything moves forward.
Refine
Advanced chemical and electrolytic processes lift the metal to investment-grade purity, recovering the full precious metal content with verified accuracy.
Cast or Mint
Cast bars are poured and stamped straight from the melt. Minted bars are struck from polished blanks using engraved dies, giving each design its crisp relief.
Serialise
Each bar carries its own unique serial number, marked at the refinery and recorded against its assay result.
Seal & Certify
Every bar is sealed with its certificate of authenticity, so purity and serial number travel with the metal wherever it goes.
Credibility you can check, not just read
